How do I get paid for Merch?
The money goes straight into your bank account. You will set up your own Stripe account (we guide you through it), so you own 100% of your revenue. We do not take a cut of your merch sales.
Do I need an LLC or business license?
To access the powerful SMS marketing tools (A2P 10DLC registration), you need to be verified by mobile carriers to prevent spam. We highly recommend having an LLC or Sole Proprietorship, but we can easily work with your SSN to get you approved.
Can I use my own domain name?
Absolutely. If you own yourband.com, we connect it directly to the Samurai Portal. If you don't have one, we will help you buy one.
What if I miss a monthly payment?
We understand the independent grind. If a payment is missed, your website and CRM are temporarily paused until you catch up. You won't lose your fan data or your site design, but the engine turns off until the balance is cleared.
