The problem
12 reviews next to 300.
A barbershop in Bethel. Great cuts, regulars who have been coming for years, 12 reviews on Google. Two pins over on the map sits a chain with 300. Someone new in town searches "barber near me" on a Saturday morning. They see the stars, the count, and the photos. They never reach either website. The chain gets the cut. Not because it is better. Because its profile looked busier and more alive.
What we do
Google Business Profile, piece by piece.
Claim it and verify it.
If it is unclaimed, or someone who left holds the login, we get it back in your name and verified.
Clean up the duplicates.
Two or three listings for one business split your reviews and confuse Google. We untangled three duplicate profiles for one contractor.
Set categories and services.
The right primary category and a full service list, so you show up for the jobs you actually want.
Real photos, posted often.
Your trucks, your shop, your finished jobs. No stock. You send the photos, we post them and keep the profile alive.
Posts and Q&A.
Updates, offers, and answers to the questions people ask before they call. Hours, pricing basics, parking, what you do not do.
Review requests by text.
After every job, a text goes out asking for a review. Automatic. No chasing, no awkward ask at the door.
Every review gets a reply.
Good ones get thanks. Bad ones get a calm, specific answer instead of silence. Replies get read as closely as reviews.
How it runs
Three steps, no runaround.
We check it first.
What does Google show for you right now? Duplicates, wrong hours, missing categories, unanswered reviews. You get a plain list of what is broken.
We fix and fill.
Claim, verify, merge duplicates, set categories and services, load your photos. You send the photos and confirm the hours. We do the rest.
Then it keeps running.
A text asks for a review after every job. We post, reply to reviews, and answer questions. Month to month, cancel anytime.
A good fit if
- You have happy customers and hardly any reviews to show for it.
- Your listing sits below a chain with more stars than you.
- You have more than one Google listing and no idea which one people see.
Not a fit if
- You want reviews bought or faked. We will not do that.
- You are online only with no shop, truck, or service area. There is nothing to list.
Straight answers
Before you ask.
What do I have to do?
Send us real job photos, confirm hours and services, and mark each job done in the Samurai Portal (our one-login platform) so the review text goes out. When a customer calls, answer. The profile brings the call. It cannot pick up the phone. We have a separate service for that.
How long until the reviews build up?
It depends on how many jobs you finish. Every completed job gets a text. Some customers answer, some do not. A busy plumber in Waterbury builds faster than a seasonal tree service in Litchfield. What we can promise is the ask goes out every single time.
Can you get a bad review taken down?
Sometimes, if it breaks Google's rules (spam, a competitor, the wrong business). We flag those. A real unhappy customer stays up. What we do there is reply with a calm, specific answer, and keep new reviews coming so one bad night stops being the whole story.
Text AJ your business name.
